It took years for this vacant piece of land to finally sell.2.3 acres sold 04/29/2005 $950,000.
A building loan was taken out 10/13/2005 $587,167.
Red tape for condo project must have been a real head ache.
Now the remains of the sales trailer and sign can be seen from Wadsworth.
I guess this is a sign of the times.
The person who really profited from this was the guy who bought this piece
of ground in August of '99 for only $269,000.
Bonterra is another player who arrived to the party too late.
