Beauvallon Condos if only I had waited 925 Linclon

Unit 7B-S
this swanky upscale condo project was the talk of the town when it was being built......
guess what
currently 30 units on the market(there are only 100 units total)
this flopper paid $804,900 01/15/2006
it just sold 02/16/2007 $620,000.
I wonder if that $900/month HOA fee made it more difficult to afford...

For 900 a month HOA it better come with a smokin' hot 20 year old maid that can suck the chrome off a trailer hitch.

Beavallon has 200 units, not 100.

Check your facts! There are over 200 units in 925 Lincoln and 975 Lincoln buildings. I guess the facts aren't as important as trying to make others feel inferior to yourself. How sad you feel compelled to trash others with no apparent good reason other than it apparently makes you feel better about yourself.

And wait most owner's will do to try to recoup their over inflated purchase prices. I live here and what is most sad is the lack of discernment on the part of buyers has created tons of drama unnecessarily.
This is Denver's most beautiful twin towered condos with amazing courtyards and management. Living here I can say if you can't afford it don't buy here, the HOA fees aren't a secret! This building is very expensive yes, with good reason.
You get what you pay for. "NO" real estate is safe from the bubble effect the Beauvallon is not immune. My only question is this, Where is the city official who cleared this building for occupancy without any gutters in place??? Either builder nor the HOA could have sold a single condo without that clearance, so who's really to blame? The City is. I bet he retired the same week he was greased;)
I love it here and I pay with a smile. New construction is always risky business people quit whining! The maid can clear chrome very well thank you;) Bash it! if you must. However you all love the drive my Beautiful home! I love pulling in;)
