This is one of the less successful projects by this builder -- but some of the other ones are doing great.

2640 W 18th St is under contract -- list price of $509k, purchased in 2004 for $366k. Also, 2606, 2616, 2636 17th St, along with 1675 and 1699 Boulder St. Better properties, better design, better location -- with sale prices from $469k to $699k.

Northwest Denver is still a red hot neighborhood, although the effects of the financial market meltdown may yet bring us all to grief.
