Aurora Loan Services sold this home to another flipper 02/28/2007 $830,000..this is after it had been listed for 6 months for $1,250,000.
Our newest flipper has this home now listed for $1,150,000. New listing we will keep our eye on it for you. At this point after REALTOR fees there is a potential $260,000 profit. There is a new 1st and 2nd, $664,000 @ 7.50 and $166,000..Loan payments are around $5,800/mth. Again time is money..Good luck flipper.
