Our flipper listed this 10/20/2006 $679,000, non owner, refied 05/16/2007
they must need some $ for the landscaping.
Our flipper has lowered the ask price to $659,000.
Now if they really paid $615,000, after REALTOR comish and mtg payments
there isnt much profit left.
