145 Xavier Street, is this the bottom

In Southwest Denver in PT Barnums we are seeing values plummet.
One which really sticks out is this.
This 906/906, 6/3/1 ranch is getting creamed.
06/15/2005 $250,000 not in MLS
01/22/2007 $120,000 MLS sale
$130,000 that really hurts

Im not sure how anyone could have paid $250,000 in the first place..
