Back on 12/14/2005 Connie Orr sold this home to Jill and Eric Orr for a mere $995,000 never hit the MLS.
3 months after Jill and Eric bought this wonderful home they listed it and listed it and listed it and listed it and listed it and still no nibbles. They got an adjustable 1st $796,000 and second $199,000. Jill and Eric own many other homes and this one is not the primary how can they do that??
After the monthly housing costs, taxes, HOA fee and Realtor fee looks like these flippers are floppers. I hope Connie Orr isn't a close family member.
The twists and turns I found in researching this one is amazing. Im still trying to connect alot of the dots and when I do you all will be the first to know.

Update: Deutsche Bank foreclosed 5/08. Purchased 9/08 for $685,900.
Can't figure out why it has no nibbles even it was listed?
